a few updates to the first edition of Thailand Travel Kit

I was on twitter the other day and this lady from Jamaica said she liked sugar cane. It reminded me of the sugar cane juice they sell in little glass bottles in Bangkok. The bottles are buried in ice. Yum. Boy is it good. You'll see it on the street sometimes on carts. It is a greenish color in the clear bottle. It is not unusual to see orange juice in similar manner ... go for the big bottle.
